How it works
Step 1
One field. It sizes the job to your exact engine, oil spec and service schedule.
Step 2
Every job is priced before we start. The number you book is the number you pay.
Step 3
Early drop-off, while-you-wait MOT, or take a courtesy car and get on with your day.
Step 4
Find something else? You get photos and a price on your phone. Nothing is fitted without a yes.
The specialist bit
We run the same manufacturer-grade diagnostic kit the franchises plug in, so software updates, coding and guided fault-finding happen here on Foundry Way — not at the end of a three-week dealer queue.

Within about five miles of the workshop, at booking:
Before you book
No. Booking just holds your slot — there’s no card field anywhere on the form. You pay when you collect the car, once you’ve seen exactly what was done, by card, cash or contactless.
You get a text with photos and a fixed price while the car’s still on the ramp. Approve it and we carry on; decline it and we note it on the invoice so you can plan for it. Nothing is ever fitted without a yes from you.
No. We service to the manufacturer’s own schedule using approved parts and oils, and we update the digital service record — which is what your warranty asks for, wherever the work is done.
An MOT takes about 45 minutes and you’re welcome to wait — there’s Wi-Fi and honest coffee. Interim services are usually a morning; a full service or MOT-and-service bundle is a drop-off-by-9, done-same-day job. We text the moment it’s ready.
Yes — add one when you book and we’ll confirm it with your slot. They’re small, insured and fuelled, and handy for full-day jobs like clutches and cambelts.
Absolutely. “Specialist” means we carry extra diagnostic kit and parts knowledge for VW Group and BMW — it doesn’t mean exclusive. Fords, Vauxhalls, Toyotas and everything else go through the same booking and the same fixed prices.
Grab a slot now and forget about it — we’ll text a reminder the day before, and again the moment the car’s ready.
