What we do
Four things, done well, over and over. If your job isn't here, ring anyway — if we can't help, we'll say so and point you at someone who can.
Supply and fit, or fit-only if you've already chosen one. Most straight swaps are done in a day — old boiler out in the morning, new one warming the towel rail by teatime. Long manufacturer guarantees, everything registered and the paperwork done for you.
Start with a ballparkNew radiators, smart thermostats and controls, pipework moved for the extension, and upstairs split from downstairs so you only heat the rooms you're actually in.
Annual services, odd noises, pressure that keeps dropping, radiators cold at the bottom. If it's a five-minute fix, we'll tell you straight — and charge like it too.
One visit per property, once a year, everything covered. You get the certificate, your tenants get a safe boiler, and nobody has to remember anything.

Heating is one of those things you only notice when it's wrong. Here's what we care about so you never have to.
A boiler is a means to an end: warm rooms, hot showers that stay hot, dry towels on the rail. We size the boiler to your actual house — not the dearest one on the van — and balance every radiator before we leave.
That back bedroom that's never been warm since you moved in? It finally joins the party.
All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers, and nothing gets signed off until it's been tested for gas tightness. While we're there we'll check your carbon monoxide alarm too — and fit one if you haven't got one.
If we ever spot something dodgy, we'll show you it and explain it in plain English — not just leave a scary note and vanish.
You get one fixed price, in writing, before a single spanner comes out. If the job turns out trickier than we thought, that's our problem — not your bill.
No "while we're here" extras, no mystery line items, no rounding up. The number we say is the number you pay.
Spread the cost
A new boiler is proper money and we won't pretend otherwise. If paying monthly suits you better, we can arrange finance through a regulated credit provider — and we'll show you the whole picture in plain English: the total cost, the monthly amount, and exactly when it's paid off.
The full cost in writing before you decide anything — what it is in total, and what it is a month. If a deal has a catch, we don't offer it.
Finance is subject to status and it isn't right for everyone. If we don't think it suits you, we'll say so — paying another way is always fine by us.
If your ship comes in, most agreements let you pay the balance off early. We'll walk you through how that works before you sign a thing.
